We have a 100% guarantee for our bundle purchase. When you send in your impressions, our orthodontic team will thoroughly assess your case and create a plan to fit your unique needs. If we determine you are not a good candidate for our treatment, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
During Treatment
We monitor your progress closely
to ensure that you achieve the smile you deserve. If you need modifications during the treatment, first consult with your designated dentist/orthodontist. If they believe that new aligners are necessary, we will provide them, free of charge. To receive these benefits, we ask that you:

Follow the treatment plan exactly (at least 22 hours/day and switching aligners every two weeks)

Upload check-up photos to your profile at the designated times. Two photos: top and bottom, both without aligners. Save your mouth scratcher for this!

Maintain proper oral hygiene with regular check-ups at the dentist

Keep all your original aligners!
If you are making your request right after the treatment, make sure to do so within 30 days of completing your original treatment plan.
Post-Treatment
2U Guarantee is for life.
If your teeth move out of their proper alignment after the treatment, we will provide a new impression kit and set of aligners at no extra cost. To receive these benefits, you must:
Wear your retainer regularly

22 hours/day for the first two weeks

8 hours/day after the two weeks
Replace old retainers at the proper time

At least once every 6 months (exact time depends on patient’s unique circumstances)
